Order Processing Time
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, normally between 3-7 business days to get your items shipped without delay. In the rare event of any unexpected delays, we’ll be sure to contact you promptly to keep you informed and updated. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work to deliver your order with care.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and most international destinations.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, if tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress. If tracking is unavailable, we will inform you via email once your package has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our support team at support@leveledupmerchandising.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
