Leveled Up began with a chance to be part of something Michael already loved. In 2023, he joined Play On Tabletop at the inaugural Game Con Canada to help host the first Play On Narrative tournament. Somewhere between the games, the conversations, and the bustle of a hastily assembled booth, an idea began to take shape.

Play On was growing, and there was an energy around the channel that made him want to get involved. Taking on the merchandise seemed like a way to contribute. With a few shirts, hoodies, and a small assortment of goods, the first collection of Play On Merch came together.

But it was the people who made it feel like something more. Meeting fans and fellow hobbyists at the booth brought home what those products could mean: a way to carry a little of that shared enthusiasm beyond the event and back to their own gaming tables.

That experience became the foundation for Leveled Up. Today, as Play On Tabletop’s official merchandising partner, we’re still building on the same idea: thoughtfully made merchandise and gaming accessories can bring people closer to the hobby, the creators, and the community they love.
